Ordering:

To purchase products on the Perfume Hub website, just click on the item you wish to buy, select the quantity, size and click ‘Buy Now’. This will add the item/s to your shopping bag. You can then go back and add additional items to your bag or click ‘Checkout’ to complete your order. Keep in mind you will need your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), including the billing address to finalise your online order. If you are using PayPal or Afterpay, you will need your login credentials.
Your credit card will be charged for when you place your order via the website or email us the order details.
We currently accept all credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal.
Yes, you can revise or change an order. Keeping in mind orders are actioned as, soon as they are placed. We will try our best to make revisions prior to dispatch.
We offer refunds or exchanges on all perfume and gift sets. we offer a 30-day return policy for unused or unopened products and in condition shipped. Any returns after 30 days of purchases will not be eligible for refund. Process for return:
  • 1) Email us your details with the purchase order or Invoice refence.
  • 2) The Team will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) reference.
  • 3) The product will need to be in its original packaging, unopened and unused.
  • 4) Please ship product to the returns address provided by our team member.

This is a 100% secured online shopping function to help you shop with confidence. All transaction details are stringently protected to maintain the highest level of privacy.

Shipping:

Shipping is free for standard delivery on purchases. There is “no minimum” purchase limit on Free Shipping. All products sold are eligible for standard free shipping.
We charge $6.95 for Express Delivery: 1-3 business days.
Currently we only ship Australia wide. WE hope to add other countries in the near future.
We ensure to dispatch orders by 4PM each day via Australia post.
Standard Delivery to Metro and regional Australia will take between 2-5 business days.
Express delivery will take approximately 1-3 business days.

Track My Orders:

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched with Tracking details provided that can be tracked via Australia Post tracking portal. auspost.com.au
