SHIPPING & RETURNS

We work diligently to ensure all orders are dispatched daily from our Sydney warehouse.

DELIVERY OPTION

We offer two different types of shipping

Additional $12.50 Standard Delivery via Australia Post: 1-3 business days, Metro & Regional between 3-5 days.

$15.95 Express Delivery: 2 business days *subject to no delays cause from external factor that may be out of our control. 

We aim to fulfill all orders within first two hours of the order receival to ensure we deliver it to our customers within the shortest transit time. 

AUSTRALIA POST DELAYS

Due to Heavy rains and flooding in Western Australia the Sydney to Perth rail line has been disrupted. Australia Post is currently experiencing delays with their services. Orders may take a little longer to arrive than usual. Our Team will do their best to ensure all orders are dispatched the same business day to avoid any further delays. We do apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Dispatch

All order placed before 4PM (AEST) will be shipped the same business day. If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, your parcel will be shipped at the next available business day.

Tracking Info

Once your order is packed and ready to go you will receive your Australia Post tracking number. You can track you parcel at auspost.com.au

RETURNS

It is absolutely important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. This resolution applies if the Item is returned in the original condition.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders placed on this website can only be delivered within Australia.
